“The bottom of the wooden box was not attached properly and thankfully I didn't lift it up by the handle because both bottles of wine would have fallen out and smashed to pieces on my floor. I managed to put it back together but I still don't feel confident about the quality of the box. I bought it as a Christmas gift so I will have to let them know to be careful with it. Also, the bottles were really dusty inside and it doesn't seem like they have been treated with much care. For the price, I would have expected much better. I find that this lack of quality is becoming increasingly common in the UK nowadays. Companies want the customers, but they don't want to make the effort to deliver what they promise.”
