“Anything & everything I have ordered over the years has been GREAT. However, using the payment section of the website this year has been EXTREMELY challenging &frustrating. Eventually succeeded BUT was about to give up. Used your customer service email, got a ticket number but no response. Would rather have placed order via phone than wrestle with the online option.”
