“The hamper to family in Plymouth has still not arrived. I asked for it ti be delivered on 23rd abd you tried to deliver on 19th and 20th when I knew tthat would be at work so they still haven't had it. My order to Hornsea also came early when they were in Greece. Fortunately, a neighbour took it in. I would never use your company again.”
