“Website was easy to use. Delivery was actually in advance of the date requested, but that was not a problem as I wanted it to be delivered before the recipients went away.”

“They sent the wrong hamper and refuse to acknowledge their error. My daughter in Melbourne Australia paid £79.99 for a very substantial Christmas Hamper. Instead a hamper which would have been set to ‘Billy no mates’ arrived. Small packet of crisps, 4 biscuits and ten breakfast teabags. You get the picture! The £79.99 hamper would not even fit in the box they sent. They offers £10 of a future order like they are ever going to get one!”

“I used Prestige Hampers as our Corporate Xmas gift ideas and they proved to be the perfect choice since I received great feedback and appreciation from all my clients. They all were great value for money and the 'icing on the cake' was my entire ordering journey! All the gifts were delivered in less than 24 hrs from placing the order through Royal Mail's tracked delivery so I could easily track and keep my stakeholders well informed. It was a great experience and I shall use Prestige for all my future similar needs. Thanks”

“Your products are good, but your website was very frustrating to use. First, I was ordering 2 items for delivery to the same address, and had to enter the delivery information and message twice. It seems that you should have a feature which would allow a customer to send multiple items to 1 address. Second, after entering my credit card info, the web-site said it was accepted. Then, I tried 3 times over the space of 5 minutes to click on the ORDER NOW button, and there was no response. Then I engaged the CHAT BOT for help, and all it could do was say that it didn't understand and would contact an agent....but all the agents were unavailable. Finally, a few minutes after that, the payment section of the checkout screen said that my order was received. A few minutes after that, the page converted to a confirmation page with my order number. In summary, happy with the products, unhappy with the web page experience.”
