Do not use! Ordered flowers for next day delivery for a Thursday, sat at the Royal Mail depot for two days before attempting deliver on the Saturday. Customer service say not their fault and they cannot guarantee next day delivery - don’t advertise as next day delivery then! Cannot comment on the flowers as still waiting for delivery but not hopeful after 3 days travelling (we are not in a difficult to deliver post code). Do not waste your money buying from here. Requested a refund but all I received was an apology which sounded like a cut and paste response. I paid for next day delivery flowers which you didn’t deliver so I’d like a refund.

flowers were ordered for a 10 year anniversary surprise. ordered before the cut off for next day delivery. did not arrive on day specified, not delivered the day after. when talking to customer service they said that wrong delivery address was provided so there was nothing they can do. but correct delivery address was provided and is verified by a google search, but there system says its incorrect. do not order from these it any order is time sensative

Prestige flowers did not deliver on time. I really needed next day delivery and paid for flowers on this basis, but after going through booking and taking payment they later advised delivery would be two days later. They used Royal Mail, but for some reason decided my destination was ‘hard to reach’, which it isn’t . It isn’t classed as a difficult delivery destination by Royal Mail for other retailers. I’m not happy.

Very disappointed. Purchased some flowers from this company and received a half dead wilted bunch that looked like it had picked from someone’s garden. What a waste of £45. Will never order from this company again.

Paid £69 for the worst bunch of flowers I have ever seen. Absolute degenerate of a company contacted customer care with ‘no available agents’ on 7 occasions customer care phone not answering. Absolute scam should be shut down. Day light robbery

Appealing service, I got my birthday flowers a day after my birthday despite the fact that my husband paid special delivery. I got these last night and today they are half dead. The chocolates were not handled properly and some of them are squashed. Avoid this company at all cost, expensive and unreliable, horrible service not worth your money and pretty upsetting for the lucky person.

My sis bought these for my birthday. She paid a lot of money. They arrived crushed, limp and dying. And are a much smaller bunch than advertised. The petals are brown and the carnation heads snapped off. Despite submitting photos, my sis has been told they’ve passed quality control and that I should just add more flower food!! Absolutely disgraceful. A £5 bunch from the supermarket would be better quality. Do not waste your money on these. Just terrible - what a shame!! It won’t let me upload a photo here to show how bad they are, or state they were damaged. Dodgy reporting too it seems!

I placed an order for some flowers and I was bitterly disappointed when they arrived. They cost over £40 and there are more flowers in a £5 bunch of supermarket/garage flowers! They looked nothing like the picture on the website! I certainly won’t be ordering again!

Ordered the "Rome" bouquet in medium which arrived on time. Disappointed that the bouquet only contained 2 calla lillies, despite the bouquet supposedly being both lillies and roses.

Last 2 orders flowers was dead on next day. Both was sent as gift. Person sent me a photo and message that I will stop wast my money on this poor quality flowers. Customer service said they see nothing wrong with flowers. Company doesn't respect customer and really don't care about quality.

Received a bouquet for my birthday from my husband,when they arrived in the box, the white roses were already tinged with brown .the pink roses never opened and after 5 days they were dead . Contacted customer service,but they were not interested as I should have notified them after 3days ,but I didn’t want to upset my husband ,when I found out how much he had paid and they didn’t last I decided to complain . But the company offered me a £10 voucher to use with them .but I would have to add more money to it . Obviously people don’t like to complain because it upsets the sender .so they get away with it ,also couldn’t download photo !!!
