I often use prestige flowers. I always find something special. The prices are very good. The flowers are always delivered on time and the recipients are very happy with their gift. It's easy to order.

Yor website remains cluttered and it is difficult to view the products prices withou srolling through the details. I hope the size I ahve ordered is delivered apprropriately given previous confusion. The discount voucher codes disapapeared during the frustraing order process. Still to b edelivered so I await my recipients feedback

Expectation vs reality failed. Ordered the pink lillies and white roses bouquet and ordered a large. Order arrived on time. Few flowers delivered - obviously yet to open out- but so far from the full version I thought was purchased. Will not order again.

Quality of flowers is good, quantity could be more for the money, website easy to use but could not remove the premium delivery charge so got stuck with the extra £5.99 whether I wanted it or not

Probably the worst bunch of flowers i have ever seen , nothing like the picture and only 7 flowers in the bunch!!! To make matters worse after paying for a next day pre 1.00 they didn’t turn up, i was offered a refund for delivery, great anniversary present the day after, if you call customer service it isn’t actually prestige flowers it is a call centre dealing with multiple companies.

Hi I would definitely not recommend Prestige Flowers to anyone again. Ordered the Blitzen Bouquet recipient sent me photo - awful comparison to the one advertised on the website. I did email my disappointment and photos. Reply received stating florist manager and Customer Services had reviewed and it is up to ‘standard’. I send and receive flowers regular, never again via this company I’m afraid.

Pretty disappointed. I ordered a large "Happy Christmas" bouquet for a lovely work colleague & this is what was delivered - it bears very little resemblance to the picture on the website! Perhaps a passing donkey took a fancy to the foliage & only left a couple of straggly bits....?

I have now sent three different people in my family flowers to Scotland and it has been such an easy process. There was aver small hiccup with the second flowers I sent but Prestige got on it and I was so impressed with the attention I received. They are so professional and make it so easy to order exactly what you want I love that a voice message can be sent and their card selection is amazing. Finding this company has made it so easy for me to let my family know I am thinking of them.

The APP doesnt work and I didnt get my £10 off.Wont use Prestige again.When I complained they were absolutely no help.I used to use them all the time but not anymore.

The flowers were squashed. There weren't the amount of flowers and one stem came with NO FLOWERS on it at all. Very disappointing.
