“After having shower put in the fitter did not have enough edging strips promise to be back on the monday ,no show told we could use the shower only to find water runing down the kitchen wall phoned premier care to tell them ( but they denied this ) had to pay the reminder of the money ask for a discount for all the hassle told they dont do that ,would i recommend this company no i dont think so”

“All communications from placing order to completion were excellent. Installation took the exact time expected and everything was left tidy and clean on completion and all rubbish collected. Had to contact Premier Care with a concern following installation which was going to be placed on record and follow up call made a few days later. Now enjoying our new shower after replacing our bath. Many thanks Premier Care for an efficient service.”

“Following my first shower the pump was faulty, water flowed-out into hall and damaged the laminated flooring. I contacted the person who installed it and he fixed it. the pump. It has been fine since. However the plastic runner on one of the doors has come detached. I have asked for this to be fixed.”
