Currenty shocked at the time my order has still not arrived over 5 working days. I'm a very busy man who's expects to get things quickly. This was a very important part for my laser level which I'm in able to do my job without it. I could have gone to eBay for this but went with this company as it looked professional but clearly this is not the case. The team is still not received I would not Recommend this company if you want parts quickly.

Dear Mr Mierkains Regarding your review of our company can I take a few moments to answer the points raised in your review. You were good enough to place your business with us on Thursday 4th April for a Bosch Laser Bracket. We emailed you on the 5th April to inform you that the Bosch Bracket you required had unfortunately gone out of stock and our replacement stock, that we were already waiting for, had a revised delivery from Bosch as a further 10 to 14 days lead time. We informed you that we would keep your requirements on back order however should you wish to cancel just to let us know. Having received no communication back from you regarding cancellation we continued to service the order to the time schedule advised. On receipt of information through this review you obviously feel we are not a suitable company to service your requirements and I have taken steps to refund your order in full immediately. Sincere apologies that we were unable to service your requirements on this occasion but as the bracket required is a specific Bosch Accessory we could not on this occasion offer a suitable alternative having to wait for the manufacturer to complete our stock order Regards Lumsden Power Tools UK

Not received order! Set off for work at 7:30,got text notification at 8 from apc telling me to expect delivery between 8:45 and 9:45 and would require signature . Driver came at 9 ,no one in so took parcel back to leyland (2 hour min round trip + diesel )! Have equipment delivered most days but can't remember last time it required a signature! Not financially viable to sit at home waiting for hours for deliveries or driving for 2 hours to pick up parcels due to only getting 1 hours notice of delivery. Lots of other supply options available with more efficient delivery abilities.

Comoany still operating in the 90's and the owner Lumsden I found very sarcastic and patronising. I cancelled my order as it was taking far too long.

Hello Again Warren Once again you post another negative review about your order first on Trustpilot, then on Google and now through our Reviews.io portal. As I have already taken time to answer your claims against the company, our staff and now myself, I have decided to copy our communications over from your initial Trustpilot review together with my in-depth reply. Please note that I copied this directly from your Trustpilot review and have not corrected or edited anything shown below in order that your review/reviews are available to the trade as a detailed explanation of your dealing with us. Wow, I think this company is still living in the 90's. They had the audacity to query why I wanted a delivery sent to a different address to the registered card address and then when I called up, the woman was soooooo nonselent I don't think she would have cared if the boss dropped dead in front of her!! Such an unprofessional company living in the past. Think the owner needs to read the book Who Moved My Cheese! Warren. 4 days ago Dear Warren It has been some time since we have had such a reaction from an ex-customer about such a simple thing as cross-checking a delivery address against the card billing address. So far today you have telephoned, e-mailed including threatening to take us to court due to the speed of the refund and now left a critical review and it's only just turned 3.30pm. You placed an order for delivery to a third party private address, we do not deliver to 3rd party private addresses or building sites as per the working instructions you chose to ignore when placing your order through the website. We contacted you by e-mail to request further detail regarding the third party address 25 miles away from the billing address, in order that we might assist with delivery. So far today your reaction has been way over the top with your attitude, behaviour and language used both directly to a female staff member and also in the body of your e-mail traffic. I note from other Trustpilot reviews that we are not the first power tool company that you have had an issue, in fact you seem not to be a very happy chappie with various companies and organisations. Can I offer my understanding of the purpose of a review, if you are going to place what you hope will be taken positively that we/others can learn from, you should really construct the review using descriptive words that have actual meanings. I can assure you that the member of our staff who dealt with you is far from nonchalant and is a very hard working member of the team. The synopsis of the book you refer to states and I quote: "This story is a business fable about adjusting attitudes toward change in life, especially at work. Change occurs whether a person is ready or not, but the author affirms that it can be positive. I am returning the polisher. Waiting to receive bag to wrap it in. There was no pad included and would cost too much to buy essentials to be able to use polisher. Will notify when it's in the post

Dear Mr McNeil Further to your feedback regarding the level of service from our company, can I set-out the circumstances that led to the hold up in delivery. You were good enough to place your order for a Milwaukee Mitre Saw on the evening of Saturday 23rd September, and received a confirmation e-mail address from us asking you to double check all information shown as correct. We e-mailed you on Tuesday 24th September requesting clarification of the card details against the delivery address requested, possibly inadvertently asking for a 3rd party private address drop point when it clearly states during the order process that we do not deliver to 3rd party private addresses. We again requested clarification from you on Monday 2nd October as we had not had instruction from you regarding a safe drop point. You spoke to one of my colleagues on Wednesday 4rd October and were able to confirm information we required followed up by e-mail confirmation for us. We shipped the Mitre Saw yesterday 5th October for a scheduled delivery by DHL today Friday 6th October, the DHL website confirms that the saw is out for delivery early this afternoon. We try at all times to assist with clarification of incorrect information supplied but there is only so much we can do without the assistance of the customer. If you had input information correctly against your current card you would like most customers received the saw within two days instead of two weeks. We cannot be held responsible for this delay and find your comments and rating unjust on this occasion. If we are wrong I will hold my hands up and learn from our mistakes but when the problem lies out with my control if is very frustrating to receive this feedback. To end on a more positive note can I thank you for originally choosing to place your business with us at Power Tools UK, for obvious reasons you have not had the opportunity to use the saw but I can confirm that you have purchased one of the best 254mm Mitre Saws in todays market, it's a fantastic machine. Due to the value please remember to register the saw directly with Milwaukee within 28 days of the invoice date to receive an extra 24 months warranty FOC taking the total cover out to 36 months Thanks Lumsden Director Power Tools UK

We confirm that a full and complete refund against your payment of £85.98 was processed on the 19th September with an e-mail confirming the refund was sent on that date. Dear Ms Douglas We are unsure where your comments are placed as your order for size 6 Buckler Boots have been returned to us confirming that you ordered the wrong size and requesting assistance for replacements. Not only have we received the boots back for you but a refund for the goods was completed on the 18th September with an e-mail sent confirming our action closing your original order with us. Dear Mr Stoneham With reference to to your order 1000255009 dated 23rd August, we e-mailed you on the day we received the order requesting further information regarding the billing and delivery address. We again e-mailed you on the 28th August reminding you that we did not have a reply and again asked for clarification. On the 12th September we eventually received the information from you allowing us to process and ship the goods out to the address requested. Your order was delivered at 10.23am on Wednesday 14th September following information given to us on Monday 12th that we had requested twice from you for safe delivery. We are somewhat at a loss that you state "no correspondence" from us when posting this negative review on the 11th September but iPhone the relevant information back to us the following day 12th September? Not impressed and will not use again. Ordered the same time and day as I ordered another item from another supplier. Other suppliers item arrived next day before 12:00. Power tool emailed 2 days after order was placed to say one item wasn’t in stock, why did the website show it in stock at the time? Waited a week for the items to arrive. They have used FedEx, who poorly attempted to deliver. Still no items a week later, a days work lost and a week and a half delayed.

Accepted order and took payment. Called 4 days later saying they didn't have stock so would refund me. Bit strange when a work colleague ordered the same item after me but received his order with no problem. Still accepting orders online 2 days after sending my payment back. I'll never use this firm again.

the order was made on May 24, on May 30 there was an unsuccessful attempt to deliver the parcel already on May 3, there is still no parcel, the courier was supposed to arrive again on June 1

Dear Mr Zyhanchyn Further to your report concerning shipment against your order 8852, I have investigated this on your behalf to get to the bottom of this delivery. As you are aware and state we shipped on the 26th just before the holiday weekend, the courier did attempt a delivery on Tuesday 30th leaving a card confirming you missed the delivery and left instructions on how to quickly retrieve the package safely. As no information was received from you regarding pick-up a further delivery was attempted on the 5th June again without success with a further instruction card left on where and when you could collect from the local depot. At this time your package is still at your local depot awaiting collection as we have done all we would to safely deliver to the address listed by yourself. At the time of ordering you were offered a third party business address as your drop point to negate the problem of a closed door address. Twice we have tried to deliver, twice no one was at home to receive the delivery, please note and follow shipping and delivery instructions allowing you to receive goods safely in the future, it is impossible to deliver goods through a closed wooden door. Dear Jakub You were good enough to place your order with us on the 19th April for a Milwaukee Pivoting Torch. This product was a new launch for us and proved to be more popular than we expected, exhausting our initial stock within 3 working days. Due to the extended lead time allowing us to restock from Milwaukee we had no choice but to refund you in full on the 20th April. An e-mail was sent through to you using the exact e-mail address you supplied initially informing you of the refund on the 20th, I have no idea why you now inform us that you know nothing about the refund when you place this review using the same exact e-mail address. Hi Lee I have been away for the last few days and am only now able to address your review. We agree that shipped this one late however we sent an SMS message on the Friday 21st April informing you that the machine was on its way On Monday 24th April you again received another SMS message informing you that the machine was out for delivery attempted at 13.46pm with a further SMS message informing you of the attempt at 14.03pm Goods left at Shaw MSPO with a further text confirming pick-up point Last we have is collection by Addressee? Unfortunately not a great experience shopping with you. Was told upon ordering that my purchases would take 3 working days to arrive , after waiting 5 days with no email confirming that they were on there way I emailed asking where my products are I received a reply saying out of stock and would take “abit” longer……. Poor communication with customers. Oh & still waiting………
