You have asked me for my review but you still have not delivered anything.I had to ring you to find out what was happening and I was told I could except delivery today nothing so far. Still have not had an email to say it’s on its way. No one is keeping me informed on what’s going on

I placed an oredr on the 17th Feb'2024 and have not received the goods yet (now 25th Feb'2024) and no communication regarding reason for delayed delivery. When I placed the order it was indicated that deliverty would be 2-3 working days - 5 working days and counting, still no goods or no communication.

Hello The reason of the 2 star is because on the picture the drill was with a soft tool bag Wich is what I was looking.For this reason I paid £20 more than the other providers. But when came was in a carry case Wich is cheaper than the soft bag . I called for a solution they said the soft bags is not in stock when I can see that power tools have plenty in stock. So first not a good Presentation on the website but and because they fold any solution for this . That’s it

Hi Florian As we discussed when you were good enough to telephone us about the toolbag. The product is now in stock packed into a hard case instead of the original soft bag and our error was the product picture had not been changed although the technical information was correct. Normally the upgrade to a hard case causes no problems but in this case we were unable to offer a soft bag as all stock is now in a hard case. I've received an email and been asked to review my recent purchase. This is particularly amusing as the order is still yet to arrive. This business is closed over Christmas and New Year which isn't highlighted at any point during the ordering process. The order was acknowledged instantly but as yet I have nothing besides an email reply telling me it will be here on Monday or Tuesday. I'm sure the boots will be fine, the service has been fine as long as the boots arrive, but the communication has been very poor.

Dear Mr Hardie Thanks for pointing out that we requested a review from you without actually supplying the boots in the first place. As you are aware we had to fully refund you for the order as the boots went out of stock at the manufacturer during the Christmas break. We re-ordered following our stock running to zero at the end of December expecting replacement stocks being immediately available for back-orders on our return to business after the New Year. Placed order on 27/12 which was acknowledged by email. Money taken out my account on 1/1 but have still had no contact stating order is ready for shipping and it’s now 5th of Jan. I’m guessing they don’t have stock of what I ordered but it would be good to be kept up to date with my order. Turns out this company are actually not too far from where I live (after doing a bit of research) so will likely just turn up a trade counter to find out what’s going on with my order.

Dear Mr Taylor As an industrial merchant of professional power tools and accessories our time off is dovetailed with trade holidays and over the Christmas period we take the opportunity to close down from just before Christmas through to just after New Year. We returned to work on Wednesday 3rd January and shipped your order from stock on Thursday 4th for delivery today 5th January, having cross checked this morning your order is on the van out for delivery today. As you received our receipt of order you should also have received confirmation of shipping and delivery schedule last night as the shipment was scanned into the system by our logistics company, well in advance of you placing this review in the early hours of this morning? I detailed our shutdown period on the website but as you are the second customer to question delivery I will in future make the information far more prominent apologies for this oversite. Dear Mr Doherty Apologies for the delay in getting your toolbag through to you immediately after the festive shutdown. As with a couple of other customers who have taken time to point out that I did leave our shutdown period on the website however it was not adequately sign posted and customers through no fault of theirs missed it. We shipped your order on the 3rd January, immediately on our return, however as luck would have it our logistics company missed the Cairnryan to Belfast ferry early Thursday morning which meant that our shipment instead of landing during Thursday morning for sorting and transfer did not get through to Londonderry until Friday too late for that days delivery. We are one of the very few mainland companies that do not charge any excess for BT postcode, normally we have no problems servicing our many NI customers but on this occasion we fell short and hope that this did not cause you to much inconvenience at the beginning of the working year Regards Lumsden Power Tools UK

I could give you a 5 star for the prompt delivery, but I had some issues how I received the Milwaukee Impact driver. It wasn’t packaged in Milwaukee original box, instead it was in an another brand box, so when I opened to verify, I thought it was the wrong item. It did have a big sticker saying check contents and I did, and for my surprise it was Milwaukee impact driver. I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband, and I am disappointed for the way that was sent it to me. Not in its original box and without instructions or anything. I paid a full price as new, and I did receive something that wasn’t even in the original box.

Took THREE attempts for Power Tools to send me the right items in my order. This wasted my time having to repackage the wrong items and drive them to a post office to send back. Delayed my completion of the job I was working on.

Not the best to tbh. Quick delivery but the item came into a different manufacturers box . Was fearing the worse when I opened the box. Luckily it was correct tool. Felt for the price it could of come in the original packaging.

Unfortunately the item i ordered was sent in a ziplock bag instead of a box.the item arrived with the outer bag split/burst and one of the plastic attachments broken. I have since sourced a new attachment at my own expense.wether it was sent like that or damaged in transit is anyones guess but it is disappointing to say the least.

I ordered a Milwaukee Hammer Drill (Milwaukee M18FPD3-0X)the item came not in original hard case .He came in hard case that originally was from kit box (Milwaukee M18FPD3-502C)so not a brand new sealed box ,not even the manufacturer's plastic bag.The tool itself look unused.

They use Parcel Force as a courier, therefore we do not get the goods. had to cancel the order and will have to shop elsewhere. (Parcel Force say there is no one present at site, and will deliver next working day, the next working day comes, no delivery. This has happened previously, but notmore than one occasion with Power tools, had I known Powertools use Parcel force I would not have purchased from them.
