Advert Gave wrong spec so then a different item showed up, had to return it only to find they never had the correct item in the first place. Now my jobs late because they have wasted my time. Very disappointed .

Dear Mr Keleshev Following your order placed on Friday 27th May, I know you are fully aware that we e-mailed you on 3 separate occasions regarding a discrepancy in the delivery address on the order. Each time you responded informing us "yes the address is correct" which did not solve the problem of safe delivery by our logistics company as they did not recognise the full delivery address given. Due to this response, we took steps to try and correct the address ourselves and shipped the goods on the 1st of June, the logistics company sent you an SMS message that evening, followed by 2 further SMS messages informing you of progress through to safe delivery on the 4th of June I have no idea what you mean when you state you have to pay to see where your shipment is, the logistics company supplied you with 3 SMS messages providing quick and simple links to update yourself on shipping progress, please note THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE If you purchase online and include additional line numbers in delivery addresses, you will continue to have problems with getting safe accurate deliveries. To be honest with you sir I am somewhat relieved that on this occasion you state that we will not retain your future business, possibly the best outcome for both parties Regards Lumsden Stuart Director Power Tools UK

Yet to receive delivery from Parcelforce who told me it was being delivered on Monday then tried to deliver on Saturday when I was out. Not trying again for a whole week.

Dear Mr Edwards Thanks for highlighting the late shipping of your order, you should eventually get delivery today Wednesday 4th May. The guys did not advise you that our stock shipment due late last week and already advised to you, did not arrive before the holiday weekend. This meant we shipped your boots on our return yesterday Tuesday 3rd May again without advising you of the situation I apologise for the lack of information keeping you in the loop and understand your overall frustration having agreed to the initial delay in shipping Thanks for taking the time to point out our lack of service on this occasion, we will learn from this shortfall Regards Lumsden Stuart Director Power Tools UK

Hi Malcolm Can we assist you to receive your order, as we shipped your order on the 17th March. You were sent an SMS message on the Thursday 17th at 17.15 confirming to you that your order was on the way. A delivery was attemped on Monday 21st at 12.05 without success, a further SMS message was sent to confirm that your order would be available for personal collection from your local Edinburgh Square post office. Your review is the first we have heard from you regarding your order, if you had contacted us earlier we would have immediatly supplied this information allowing the pick-up at a time that would suit you Regards Power Tools UK

Bought tool paid for express delivery and after 10 days I must cancel order because my order still not going out from warehouse.

Dear Arkadiusz I am at somewhat at a loss with this negative review, are you sure you have the right company? Can I confirm we do not have an express delivery option when purchasing through our website, our working week is Monday to Friday and the product page shows to allow up to 4 working days for delivery. We quote this drop time in case the logistics company has a problem but confirm that we improve the delivery schedule for more than 93% of drops. I do not think we deserve this low review score and would ask you to rethink your review following the information I show below:- Order placed at 19.20pm on Friday 11th March Order confirmed and processed through our system on Monday 14th March Order shipped at 17.00pm on Monday 14th March with SMS message sent to you at 17.16pm confirming that your order was in transit Customer notified at 7.53am on Wednesday 16th that the shipment was out for delivery Failed delivery attempt made at 14.23pm, no one in to recieve, SMS message sent confirming failed delivery SMS message sent at 15.18pm same day confirming package available to collect at local post office Collection pick-up by customer confirmed at 16.31pm same day Wednesday 16th Not sure what else we could have done to assist with safe delivery of your order, door to door in under 48hrs standard service, please note we do not offer and you did not pay for an express service I will willing accept and learn from critisim of products, staff or service when it is justified, customer feedback is vitally important allowing us to learn and improve as well as let possible new customers of Power Tools UK know what we are all about. Dear Rebecca Regarding your review about the outstanding Buckler Boots order you were good enough to place with us on the 16th January. I have looked into this matter and confirm that these boots are still outstanding for which I apologise. We e-mailed you on the 17th January informing you that the boots had gone out of stock with the re-stock date in 3 to 4 weeks. Due to the extended delivery my staff offered you the choice of leaving the order on our system awaiting delivery from the manufacturer or an immediate full refund. To-date we have not heard from you however we also have not kept you updated with the delivery on your boots, which once again are running late from the original delivery promise something we should have done a few days ago. At this time we still await delivery from the manufacturer and it would now seem that the delivery has not yet left the factory causing further problems with re-stocking. Due to this I have immediately informed my credit control department to fully refund your order as I understand that holding an order for over 4 weeks is unacceptable in today’s market. Many thanks for taking the time to point out our failings on this occasion, we are facing extreme difficulty in supply at this time however this is no excuse on this occasion Regards Lumsden Stuart Director Power Tools UK

Never received, lost in post Lady called Kelly helped me genuinely contacting Parcel Force several times but in the end the manager didn't even investigate the driver's name, and he was not willing to take any responsibility which is very disappointed as I didn't choose the courier. As a customer, I feel I've been treated as not important and conned. Luckily it wasn't hundreds of pounds worth tools but therefore I quite surprise your company even bother sending me the replacement or suggesting compensation. Just lost money and confidence of your company.

Dear Youki Following your negative review concerning the service of our company I have now completed my investigation of your complaint and reply as follows. First may I apologise for the inconvenience caused in safely delivering your Makita Torch, sometimes the problems are out with our control. You will be fully aware that Pinewood Studios is a vast and expansive lot using dedicated delivery drop points as it is not possible to gain access to all areas. Following the request for information regarding your goods we supplied details of the dedicated mail drop point used by the driver for your theatre, we also confirmed that the courier had confirmed through GPS that the drop was completed at the time and date stated I have detail on our paperwork that due to Covid reasons you were unable to reach the employee who was on duty on the delivery day and as such were unable to ascertain exactly what the mailroom had done with your package. We did all we could to assist but failings within Pinewood mailrooms are beyond our control, my staff were attentive and answered all questions and queries, I resent you comment concerning quote "not important and conned" as the failing were at your end not ours We have over many years serviced Pinewood Studios without any problems regarding safe delivery or received allegations of mistrust from any party within the Pinewood organisation. Still waiting to receive my order! Sent me two emails to change delivery date. Only ordered two pairs of work boots and they were in stock and ready to dispatch!!!!

this store is a complete failure,twenty days to get your money back.the employee sent the package to a different address. after a few days of searching, I found a package in the immediate area. I paid for the saw and got an ax.I do not recommend it. Never again.

A star is too much. I haven't received the purchases so far. I'm still waiting, maybe the package will be delivered in a later time. I don't understand how you have the nerve to ask me how many stars you deserve.

I ordered a dewalt rotary machine great price but the box had been opened before & badly repackaged When you buy a new tool you want it unopened either way

Device did work as expected and on advice from Bosh I returned unit for replacment. Instead Power Tools silently (absolutly no comms of any kind) refunded the money. It was only when I chased them that they said there was nothing wrong with the unit and there was a "fault with the electricity in my house". Avoid.

The order was delayed and no compensation offered. Bought a circular saw on the link from official Bosch Professional site (Power Tools UK are the reseller): the saw arrived with a cheaper blade (Standard instead of Specialised), also the saw was minted on a plank base that does not have a groove for the guide rail, neither Bosch nor any other. Total false advertising and/or fulfilment. Complaints left without response; will pursue via Bosch complaints procedure. Cannot trust any trades these days.
