“Very easy to assemble and seems great out on the course. Delivery was very quick, a 3 year battery warranty and instructions on how to look after the trolley. Very happy with the purchase.”

“Purchased my PowerBug NX two years ago and I have been delighted with its tough sturdy frame and overall usability. The trolley and battery came with a 3 year warranty. Unfortunately in February 2026 the trolley stopped working. On contacting PowerBug I spoke to Christian on CS, he suggested the display may be faulty and sent a replacement through the post. Unfortunately the fix didn’t work so Christian arranged for a box to be delivered so I could return the full trolley for assessment and repair. This was turned round in 5 days and returned all fixed after extensive refurbishment. All this was at no cost to me and I couldn’t be more delighted with the service I have received.”

“I received my new trolley without any issues and it was delivered very quickly and I was informed all the time and I'm very pleased with the look and how robust it is, and will recommend to my fellow golfers if they are looking for a new trolley to take a look at purchasing a powerbug trolley it looks better than the more expensive trollies that are on the market”

“In a few words, sent my trolley for a service, pick up was spot on and on time by DPD within a day I was notified of parts req etc. Agreed to costs and the trolley is now was returned looking like new. Excellent service.”

“My trolley suddenly lost power during a round. First tjoughts were that the battery had failed. Powerbug could not have been more helpful in working out what had gone wrong. A replacement control box was sent and was easy to insert into the trolley. Up and running again in no time.”
