“I've always found the service at Powerbug to be fantastic. I've used Powerbug electric trolley and lithium battery for over six years now and I have never had a problem. The battery is so light and small - I wouldn't use any other now.”

“Powerbug are the best. Short story- bought battery last week at £250 - discount of £70 for black Friday deals this week - expressed my disappointment at not being alerted to discount and Powerbug refunded me £70. Excellent Customer Service - the best”

“Love the trolley, once mastered how to erect it is great Also, love the tiny Lithium battery. The accessories card holder is good and recently required replacing as the clear cover was broken”

“Their after sales service is second to none! I sent my trolley back to them to sort out why it was slowing down. They renewed the motor at a reduced rate, changed the handle free of charge, fixed the hinge free of charge, renewed the shaft through front wheel free of charge, renewed the battery free of charge. What more can I say, than when this trolley eventually needs changing, I will have no hesitation in buying another from PowerBug. 👍👍👍”

“A great Web Site to find parts for my Golf Trolley. I ordered a switch, it was dispatched immediately and I replaced it with no problem. I bought my Trolley here and I would honestly say that this is a GREAT company. I absolutely recommend them to all golfers. It is nice to deal with a Company who genuinely CARE about their customers!”

“I have a powerbug trolley and waterproof bag. One year and a few days on, one of the main zips has broken on the bag. Very impressed that powerbug shipped me a new replacement bag. My only gripe would be that it took a few emails for it to finally happen and their responsiveness was not particularly good but I'll put that down to covid and the busy Christmas period.”

“I have been so impressed with the service received by PowerBug since I initially bought a mini Lithium battery for my electric golf trolley. This was bought second hand and was starting to struggle to provide drive (not a PowerBug trolley by the way). So I have decided to change trolley and bought the GT series, but without the battery. Although I have only used it once at the moment I am delighted with the service, delivery and quality of the product.”

“I purchased the power bug cart bag in January and absolutely loved the bag, after a few uses the zip was broken but Powerbug have replaced the bag under warranty! Great customer service and dealt with the issue really fast. I would recommend the the cart bag as it is worth the money. The bag is great quality and the added space was welcomed!”
