“Dropped off my trolley at Eton Wick and the Repair centre replaced the drive shaft and gearbox within the hour and he walked it down the street to ensure it was working OK. Great Service.”

“Service etc was first class, even with a little hiccup to start with the staff couldn’t do enough to help and resolve everything so speedily. Chuffed to bits with the trolley, can’t recommend this trolley enough. Thank you.”

“Brilliant service again. Adjusted my trolley frame without charge and did a part-ex on my expired battery. Totally customer focused and proper engineers who know their trade. I live in South Bucks so a bit of a hike to Eton Wick but wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I have in the past owned a number of electric trolleys - some have been more reliable than others. I spent ages comparing all the well known established brands but none could match the warranty being offered on the PowerBug. After reading several reviews and after speaking with the sales staff I decided to part exchange my current trolley for a powerbugGT DHC Tour lithium trolley. After agreeing a very fair part exchange ever went very smoothly. I have used the trolley twice and am delighted with my purchase.. It appears to be extremely sturdy, with a simple open and closing mechanism and the battery is brilliant. My old cart bag sits perfectly on the trolley. Great value for money - very impressed!”

“Prompt service informative sales sent the product to me as soon as the product was in stock still awaiting product from DpD but informed would be later than expected due to issue at delivery warehouse but not an issue. Thankyou”
