“Ordered 2 units that included 3 accessories. One of the accessory was not included without any explanation. After calling customer service, it was explained that the accessory in question was backordered, never received an email or a note with the delivery. One of the unit motor is making sound noise, will contact customer service.”

An incorrect e mail address logged onto our system meant that the customer did not receive the back order situation We have rectified this now and comms are flowing Happy to report that all product has been delivered and the motor is running fine!
