“Replacement securing nut? No problem! Somewhere out on my course the securing nut for the NX Front Wheel Assembly had come adrift. Luckily, the quick release lever and bolt were still holding the Assembly together (only just!) but, with Xmas fast approaching, how was I going to fix this? Contacted Powerbug and supplied a picture of the lever in situ. The next morning the nut was in the post and I received it on Xmas Eve, in time for my games over the holiday period! First class customer service from start to finish!!! Doubted I would have the issue fixed before Xmas but Powerbug staff proved me wrong! Thanks again, folks, and a well done from me!”

“Received on/off switch in good time. In fairness to Powerbug the part was sent to Ireland but due to new arrangements over Brexit cost of customs and delivery were high. As this part was not available other than Powerbug, i have no problem in awarding a 5 star score.”

“I found Christian very helpful as I purchased on the telephone and then rang back to change my order. The trollies arrived within two days, were well packaged easy to put together. A good feature of the deal was a trade in where the old trolley is repackaged in the box and Powerbug arrange collection. I now need to field - test to see how well it operates!”
