“Perfect service”

“Power Bug seems to be an excellent company and exchanged a "faulty" heated mitt without question or delay. However, the replacement only ever gets lukewarm even on the highest setting and I conclude that the product is not faulty, just not very effective.”

“First class service and a good quality product at a competitive price. Chosen because of that and the claim of avoiding unnecessary extras that create less reliability.”

“Very prompt delivery service. I have only used it once and am very impressed. I bought the braking model and it works well. So easy to remove and clean the wheels. The battery charger shows the percentage of charge - a nice touch. Pity there isn’t ball and tee storage. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase.”

“Purchased replacement straps for my PowerBug Sport trolley which has provided over 10 years of wonderful service. New elasticed straps were easy to add and are much better than the original clip belt style straps.”

“I recently purchased a new upper bag support. It arrived in a matter of days. Although it was a little tricky to remove the existing broken bag support (the power buggy is an older model) it was achieved successfully and I now have a full functioning golf trolley.”
