“Ordered spare part which arrived next day "prompt", had a problem with the part ,contacted customer service who put me in touch with the technical guys " tremendous" ,courteous, knowledgable ,really helpful.quickly figured I had the wrong part( no fault of powerbug) promptly sent out correct part.This is the quality of service that ensures customers stay loyal.Well done and thanks.”
