“I ordered an Axle for a mates powerbug trolley, it came when they said it would, it was no trouble to fit so I was very pleased with the service.”

“I ordered a replacement ECU when my trolley 'died' unexpectedly and seeing only one led lamp lit. I fitted the replacement and found no improvement at which point I investigated further and found no power from the PCB on the handle controller back to the ECU. A quick phone call to the technical helpdesk confirmed my findings and a new PCB was ordered and installed curing the problem. The unused ECU was returned and credited to my a/c and I am back on the road again. Thanks Powerbug great service and assistance.”

“Service was great, they even followed up with a phone call to ensure timely delivery (which it was). I lent my cart to my friends and they purchased 4 more and were very satisfied. Only remark I have is on the umbrella holder as it would seem to me that I did not need the accessory holder (which I ordered as the webpage said it was needed). One note, read the instructions. The wheels have to be on the correct side to work, and do use the customer service, they are very good.”
