“I absolutely love powerbug to the extent I wouldn't buy from one of the well known brands even if they were cheaper than powerbug. The trolleys do exactly what they should do and the accessories are fantastic. The most important part though is the customer service is incredible. If had a couple of small issues, mainly my fault and they've been resolved in a ridiculously quick period of time. Never any hassle or push back, just fantastic customer service. I recommended powerbug to two guys I was paired with in a competition one day and the next time I saw them they both had brand new powerbugs and couldn't praise them enough. If you're thinking of a new trolley, don't waste your money on a big brand one. Go powerbug, you won't regret it.”
