“Their after sales service is second to none! I sent my trolley back to them to sort out why it was slowing down. They renewed the motor at a reduced rate, changed the handle free of charge, fixed the hinge free of charge, renewed the shaft through front wheel free of charge, renewed the battery free of charge. What more can I say, than when this trolley eventually needs changing, I will have no hesitation in buying another from PowerBug. 👍👍👍”
