I have yet to receive my replacement screen. Had to pay a fiver for delivery and now 8 days later and not arrived. Tried to call on Friday but closed in the afternoon.

This order was placed after close of business on Friday 05th April. Goods were ordered on a standard delivery of 3 - 5 working days and dispatched on Monday 8th April. We understand that the order was received within our advertised delivery window. All orders over £50.00 are delivered free of carriage and the customer was kept up to date by e mail in respect of order confirmation, processing and dispatch.

I ordered and paid for next day delivery. Delivery took three days. This is not surprising as it was posted second class!!!!

Mr Bennet - Very sorry for our mistake. We will not only get the extra amount paid for the next day delivery refunded, we will refund the entire amount paid for shipping. Our sincere apologies :-(

I have not received my battery yet. After more than 3 weeks. So if you have had a zero, that is what i would have given you.

We are sorry for the delay with your order. This was a transaction based outside of mainland UK and we have to rely upon outside sources to help customers requiring spare parts in areas not covered by our extensive network of European distributors. The delay was frustrating however we understand the delivery has now been made and hope that your replacement battery will deliver many more years of service. Please accept our apology once again for the delay.

Bought and paid for boot tidy back in early March. No stock so put on back order. No comms for 2 weeks so rang to be told that item was due mid May. Waited til end of May and was told stock imminent. Eventually received 14th June to see on web site that the product is now on sale at £10 discount!!! Should have cancelled original order and re-bought when new stock arrived. Spoke to boss who offered a discount on something else although I've already bought everything I want from powerbug. Never mind..lesson learned.

Sorry to hear this. We have to point out that there is an 'on/off' switch under the handle of the model that you have purchased. Happy to report that the customer is now happy with his trolley....... and the 'on / off' switch.

Hello Kay - We must simply apologise for the delay with your order. As the charging of your new battery didn't seem quite right we thought it was only best to replace both your battery and charger as a precaution. Order confirmation email, 22/1/18... Payment email, 22/1/18... Processing email, 22/1/18. Shipped email, 23/1/18. Email to Customer Service, as to where my order was.. 26/1/18. Customer Satisfaction email, 27/1/18... Still NO answer from Service, and still waiting for my order. And at £4:50 shipping, could have delivered it by foot.. Hence to say NOT VERY HAPPY.

Hello Susan - I'm sorry but we're going to have to disagree with you here. The fitting information on the Score Card Holder page clearly indicates an Accessory Dock is required if you do not already have one. Only a minor problem, ordered a top strap, securing clip. But had to cut off, broken part. But way to fix new part.

If stitching the clip back on is not a preferable way to repair your bag support, then the entire support can be replaced and upgraded to our new modern bag support straps (See here: https://www.powerbug.co.uk/spares/32-anti-rotation-bag-support-upgrade-pack.html)

Please be advised that the battery that we bought in June 16 no longer lasts a full round. Yesterday it gave up completely on the 17th hole . For my last four rounds the display shows red from hole 6 onwards. Please advise if you wish this faulty battery returned and a way to conveniently do so. I respectfully request a replacement battery be send out to me asap. Regards Murdo Macleod

We were sorry to hear that this customer was having issues with a lead lead acid battery. We tried to contact the customer on a number of occasions over a 7 day period by phone and e mail to understand from where the battery was purchased and to resolve the issue without success. Happily our service team was eventually able to speak with the customer and we are delighted to hear that issue has been resolved to his satisfaction by switching to our mini lithium battery and charger.

Need to return something no answer but when I asked a question the answer came back the next day but now I have an issue no answer after a week

I ordered, on the 19/12/2016, a replacement Battery Charger for my PowerBug Trolley which I had purchased from American Golf, Romford in Dec.2015. My account was debited for £40.00 on the 20th. Dec. 2016. I am still awaiting receipt of the Charger. Please investigate and supply A.S.A.P. Patrick.
