Hello Susan - I'm sorry but we're going to have to disagree with you here. The fitting information on the Score Card Holder page clearly indicates an Accessory Dock is required if you do not already have one. Hello Robert, I'm sorry, but I'm unsure why this negative review has been left. Only a minor problem, ordered a top strap, securing clip. But had to cut off, broken part. But way to fix new part.

If stitching the clip back on is not a preferable way to repair your bag support, then the entire support can be replaced and upgraded to our new modern bag support straps (See here: https://www.powerbug.co.uk/spares/32-anti-rotation-bag-support-upgrade-pack.html)

Please be advised that the battery that we bought in June 16 no longer lasts a full round. Yesterday it gave up completely on the 17th hole . For my last four rounds the display shows red from hole 6 onwards. Please advise if you wish this faulty battery returned and a way to conveniently do so. I respectfully request a replacement battery be send out to me asap. Regards Murdo Macleod

We were sorry to hear that this customer was having issues with a lead lead acid battery. We tried to contact the customer on a number of occasions over a 7 day period by phone and e mail to understand from where the battery was purchased and to resolve the issue without success. Happily our service team was eventually able to speak with the customer and we are delighted to hear that issue has been resolved to his satisfaction by switching to our mini lithium battery and charger.

Need to return something no answer but when I asked a question the answer came back the next day but now I have an issue no answer after a week

Hi Mr Wilson, Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our service. I have checked the email servers and the first email received regarding this was at 9:22pm last night. We have contacted our server engineer to take a look at the email server to make sure we do not have ant problems and I have replied to the email received. I ordered, on the 19/12/2016, a replacement Battery Charger for my PowerBug Trolley which I had purchased from American Golf, Romford in Dec.2015. My account was debited for £40.00 on the 20th. Dec. 2016. I am still awaiting receipt of the Charger. Please investigate and supply A.S.A.P. Patrick.

No battery straps for lead acid battery as detailed in page 7 of instruction book. Instruction book very poor and amatuerish. Photos are terribly dark and hard to see. No mention of removing the tray inserts to use a lead acid battery. Order wrong. The T bar to torberry connector that I ordered and paid for was not sent. Both wheels run out of true when trolley is powered and lifted. Fit of axel dowels in wheels is tight. Very poor quality control - smacks of cheap Chinese rubbish. Extremely disappointed overall.

Was told they thought I needed a new circuit board which I fitted but still not working and desperate to use trolley. Only had 18 mths so disappointed it is broken already. Ringing mon am to try and sort out!

We try to assist customer over the phone who contact us with issues that they would like to fix at home. In the vast majority of cases our technicians can identify a problem and spare parts can be delivered if requested by a customer. We can only make recommendations in relation to the information given. This does leave room for misunderstandings and does not guarantee that replacement parts are fitted correctly. As mentioned, in the vast majority of cases and with the help of the customer will make the correct diagnosis, the customer will carry out a repair and everyone is happy. We hope that your conversation will be to your satisfaction and thank you for your feed back.

Unfortunately as I write this I am still waiting on my trolley to be delivered 5 days after the purchase. I may rewrite once it's been delivered

Ordered set of winter wheels received next day Free delivery,excellent. Also had a problem with the speed controller,a new one was in the box with the wheels and as agreed i fitted. Great service,Thank you.John Cairns

whilst the service is without reproach, the prices I was charged for skimpy bits of spare plastic are verging on the immoral, considering they would only have cost a few pence, maybe £1 with postage! Definitely a total rip off.

We are not asking for this comment to be removed as it has vexed us so much. Thank you for your kind comment in relation to our service, it is appreciated. We are sorry to hear that you consider the cost of a replacement screen that you have broken unacceptable. You did not receive a 'skimpy bit of plastic'. These components are tooled and stocked. We employ trained staff to pick and pack product for despatch. Then their are packaging material and postage charges that are totally out of our control. All of the above compound the cost and to be accused of immorality and 'ripping off' we think is a bit harsh. Hopefully the above will explain our position against low cost items as we have to cover costs to remain at your service for years to come. Thanks anyway for making your feelings known.
