“I have had a powerbug trolley for some years now and I very much like the small battery. I have had problems with the charger, so now I have 2 batteries and 3 chargers. There was a problem with the wiring, so the trolley was not working. I live in North London, but the difficulty in finding a cardboard box big enough to return it to Windsor made me decide to drive there. If I had lived further afield this would not have been an option. I received a good service and bought an umbrella and umbrella extension, whilst in Windsor. The small screw from the original umbrella holder I lost soon after purchase. I asked for and was sent a replacement small screw, with just one chase up phone call. I am overall happy with the product and service.”

“I paid for 24 hour delivery but my trolley did not arrive on day it was due. There was a problem with the couriers but that is powerbugs problem for employing those couriers. Mark at powerbug sorted it out and it arrived next day early but I have had no refund of my extra payment which I think I am entitled too.”

We are sorry for the delay. Our carrier had a breakdown and could not make the delivery on the day intended. Delivery was made the next day with apologies from our carrier. The buck does stop with us and we hope that we can be of service in the future.

“Payed for next day delivery on Saturday before 11am but the battery didn't turn up until Tuesday 11.30am. Didn't know that Saturday wasn't a working day otherwise I wouldn't have played the extra money.”

As detailed prominently opon our web site and as explained, our operating hours do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Hollidays. The customer chose to ignore this and ended up disappointed. We hope that we can be of service in the future however please take our operating schedule into consideration when placing orders.
