“Service and spare are OK. A bit of a lack of information regarding the delivery's tracking. Pricing of the spares could be acceptable, unfortunately, duties and transport are very expensive just to cross the channel. However, I've fixed my trolley easily and it works perfectly now.”

“Ordered a new bag, which arrived slightly damaged. Contacted PowerBug by email on a Friday afternoon (out of office hours), wasn’t expecting a reply until Monday when they reopened, problem was resolved over the weekend and new bag sent out first thing Monday! New bag arrived on Tuesday with no issues. I then ordered a new trolley through Jimmy (who dealt with my bag over the weekend), and got a great deal on that too! Great service, even when closed. Thank you!”

“Excellent service. My phone call was answered within 3 rings. The Powerbug employee was very helpful. He gave me excellent advice . He suggested buying a new charger for my battery but said if that did not help then I should ring back and talk to him again and he would make a reduction on a new battery. I was very impressed and will definitely buy from PowerBug when I need a new trolley or battery.”
