“My recent contact was in connection with the battery to my wife's Powerbug trolley. The battery was failing after only several months of light use. The Powerbug response to my call was a no-quibble exchange, with the new battery delivered within 48 hours. I call that pretty good service.”

“Seems far to expensive for what it is. Checked with the PO casts of postage extreme. 50% of the item cost. Plus no fitting template included.”

Hi there, Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the shipping fee paid. Our website clearly indicates our flat rate shipping fee within the UK is £4.50. The postage and packing cost of your order was almost 50% of the product value, however I think it is fair for us to state that the product ordered had the value of £10.00. “The guy I corresponded with was very helpful and very patient answering all my questions fully and even going that extra bit with sending me pictures. Staff can make a good product better and in this case he did.”

If stitching the clip back on is not a preferable way to repair your bag support, then the entire support can be replaced and upgraded to our new modern bag support straps (See here: https://www.powerbug.co.uk/spares/32-anti-rotation-bag-support-upgrade-pack.html)

“Already own a Lithium trolley which very happy with, decided to purchase second one for our home in Tenerife but always had problem that Lithium batteries are not allowed on commercial flights. When I found somebody driving to Tenerife arranged with them to take battery but all had to be arranged quickly as they were leaving in two days. Phoned Jimmy who confirmed he could send battery directly to them by 24 hour post - sent trolley to me under seperate shipment so I can take on our next trip. As usual prompt and friendly service an now have two great trolleys!!”
