“I purchased a LTX Cart Bag (Black & Red). We had to return the bag as one of the zips was broken when we tried to open one of the pockets when we received it. I was very dissapointed on the overall quality of the bag. The service I received from Powerbug was excellent and they have refunded my money in full.”

“now on my third powerbug. problem with the drive ,my fault not theirs. Collected within one hour of call {true,really} and through the expertized and total tenacity of Mark and the others fault found and repaired and trolley returned. ten star service and superb customer service. A faultless company john brotherton. cardiff”
