“PowerBug were great. I was kept up to date with what was going on. The only problem I had was that Parcel Force did not follow instructions and did not pick up my trolley on the day it was booked, which made the period without the trolley much longer. Chris and Steve were very courteous and efficient. Thank you.”

However, there were no instructions on fitting the part (a and I couldn't find anything on powerbug's website - fortunately someone else had posted a similar question and I benefitted from the answer he got”

“Previous trolley was Powerbug SportX that had given 10+ years good service. Lead acid battery on that gave up (3rd one) so I decided to treat myself to a whole new lithium powered trolley. Powerbug being my 1st choice based on past experience. My new GT+ trolley runs like a dream, looks great and the LCD screen features are a useful extra. I felt the price is very reasonable and the lengthy guarantees give extra confidence in the product. Powerbug staff gave excellent and very friendly customer service.”

“I had tried to order a new battery - the old one is still good for 18 holes but it is six years old - and I failed. I was in the Highlands and had very poor wifi. I sent an email to PowerBug when I got home to discover that the offer was still open and that I could pick and choose what came with the battery. From the first contact I received nothing but unfailing courtesy and help from Rob and Jimmy who explained the offer to me and took my order.They are nice guys to talk to,are pleasant and efficient. Needless to say the battery arrived well within the time scale quoted and,best of all,post and packaging were free. Thank you Wizza.”
