Having visited their site in Reading, not only was I offered a discount on my purchase, but a minor mod to my trolley was done in order to ensure that it continued to function well. When this trolley finally needs replacing, I am very likely to buy another Powerbug - it is significantly lighter than other makes, but still robust.”

“Great cart with small battery weighing around a kg. Play on a really hilly course but easily manages 18 holes. Light but very well made, locks in place for easy transportation and has a freewheel option just in case. Customer service from Jimmy was absolutely fantastic”

“Needed a replacement switch unit for my Powerbug trolley. Powerbug invited me to call by HQ where Christian dropped everything he was doing and fitted a new unit within 5 mins! Charge was only £24.99 - how much would a new trolley have cost? Brilliant customer service - many thanks.”

“Powerbug themselves are an excellent company to deal with. Very responsive and very helpful. My recent order was delivered promptly. The only downside was the courier, Evri, who left the parcel out in the rain on my doorstep for several hours till I got home. Luckily the order was for tray inserts which are waterproof. It might have been a different story for a battery etc. I suggest they use a better courier as Evri or Hermes as they used to be known has a dreadful reputation”
