“I have yet to receive my replacement screen. Had to pay a fiver for delivery and now 8 days later and not arrived. Tried to call on Friday but closed in the afternoon.”

This order was placed after close of business on Friday 05th April. Goods were ordered on a standard delivery of 3 - 5 working days and dispatched on Monday 8th April. We understand that the order was received within our advertised delivery window. All orders over £50.00 are delivered free of carriage and the customer was kept up to date by e mail in respect of order confirmation, processing and dispatch.

“Dealt with company via email and phone to address questions prior to decision to buy - this was done promptly and with excellent advice. Purchased the GTX1 with accessories on a Wednesday and it arrive the next day as a standard, free delivery👌 The trolley is perfect and is well admired by the Powakaddy brigade. The mini battery has in the last three weeks of play handled my hilly course with ease and charging is quick and easy. So, I can only say the trolley is a big success in all respects.”

“The trolley is the real deal..would have given 5 stars. Customer support deserves 0 stars. They sell you accessories without telling you that you need an adapter, they dont not check if you are from uk or the continent (got the loading device with an uk adapter),they wont reply to mails....absolutely horrible”

Hello there, Sorry to hear that you have received a UK Plug with your order. We'll post out an EU plug right away. Please also note that the required accessory dock is already fitted to your trolleys handle and was included free of charge :-)
