“I had some difficulty scoring the performance because I was most pleased with the simplicity of ordering and the speed of the order execution. However the order covered Hedgehog winter wheels and no instructions were received and whilst the back wheels were easily changed the front wheel is a different story. It was difficult to loosen the throughbolt and when I finally did, I discovered I had also loosened a separate securing screw hidden in the end cap. I therefore thought that the cap would split to give access to this screw but this does not appear to be the case so I have been forced to source an alternative nut to secure this front wheel so the trolley can be used at the weekend. I will be contacting Powerbug on Monday as this situation is not satisfactory. Otherwise, I am more than happy with the trolley and Powerbug's performance.”

“Sent the part I needed within a week, it bolted straight on and my trolley is back running. The only negative, after I ordered on line I just got a receipt from a third party saying the money was received, the confirmation from Power bug came two days later so I was a little worried as to weather they had got my order. It all worked out in the end, thank you Powerbug, its a great product. Steve Nottingham”
