“I recently purchased winter wheels for my buggy, I was pleased with the product and delivery time. However, from the Power Bug website I used to purchase the wheels, I believed that I would receive the front wheel free, but this was not included in the delivery. Admittedly the order made no mention of the fact I would receive the third wheel free.”

“I contacted the technical department regarding my problem which they rectified by advising I needed a new gear box I was able to order the part on the phone and within two days I had the part which was very well packaged Ordered Tuesday PM - arrived Thursday - fitted Friday - up and running again I bought the PowerBug 16.1.12 and have had to use the after sales service on two occasions since then and have had excellent service from them and also from my buggy”
