“Check in was not nice. The person that checked us in kept on asking us when we would get there. He wasn’t very nice seemed inpatient so we better off just getting in through a key pad with no human interactions. Confusion around cleaning, when we book they said no cleaning but the cleaning crew came half way through the stay whjch was nice but a surprise. The oven smelled like curry. Bathroom had cracked floors. For the price, it is great location but boarder line if worth it.”

It’s important for us to strike the right balance between personal service and convenience, which is why we offer guests self-check-in where possible. If you choose to stay with us again, this is something we’d be happy to organise with you. As your stay was 7 days, a mid-stay housekeeping visit was included. While we’re pleased to hear that this was well received, I appreciate that this could have been surprising without clear communication. I’m also sorry about the smell of the oven and condition of the bathroom floor, we’ve passed these points to our maintenance team to investigate and resolve. Our Guest Relations Team is available via WhatsApp or phone 24/7 and we’re always happy to help rectify any issues during your visit. 🙂 We’re glad you enjoyed the location, and we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a smoother experience from start to finish. “The stay was good. I could not locate the hair dryer till end of my stay and found it in one of the drawer on last day, rest all was good.”

“Our family of four had a wonderful one-week stay at the Westminster Residences in November. The 3BR/3BA apartment we rented was clean and comfortable, beautifully furnished, and well appointed. The location, in close proximity to the Westminster tube stop and numerous bus lines, is excellent. Communication with the Portland Brown team was excellent. Best yet, our fourth floor apartment had a view of Big Ben, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey.”
