Hi Russell Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Just to reassure you we never delay sending orders out. You placed your order at 10pm on Monday 18th December & we posted at around 10am the next day Tuesday 19th December. I am not sure what date they were delivered,but I am sure you will agree we could not have turned your order around any quicker. Obviously given the time of year, its likely the sheer volume of millions of additional items in postal/courier networks will have impacted on delivery timelines compared to the rest of the year.
