Good morning and thanks for your review Apologies that your parcel has not been delivered, as we posted your order standard first class mail ( not tracked ) approximately 2 hours after you placed it on 16th August - can i ask if you have spoken with the hotel reception as you asked us to deliver to a hotel ? I can confirm 100% we have not received any communication from you whatsoever other than this review which was the first we knew of your non delivery ( we check our spam/junk folder several times a day and we have had no comms from you, hence this is why you have not had a reply as we were unaware there was an issue ) We will contact you directly to resolve ( i have just called you but your phone went to voicemail 10-20am Fri 26/8/22) , but would like to reassure customers we respond to all emails received and as other customers have stated in their reviews, often at all times of day, nigh & early mornings !! Assured of the best possible service at all times The PoppersExpress Team

UPDATE I have just rung the hotel who have confirmed they have the parcel on reception waiting for you to collect and that its been there quite a few days. Please speak with Hotel reception to retrieve your parcel for you. assured of the best possible service at all times The PoppersExpress team
