“I bought the Bayou lampbase and matched it with a wicker shade .It looks really lovely .Both the shade and the base are excellent quality amd the service and delivery from Pooky was outstanding. I will definitely choose Pooky for my next lighting purchase and would recommend them in a heartbeat .”

“Lights look really good & very happy..... delivery was a bit rubbish ie they failed to deliver both boxes together, so we had to be home for 2 deliveries & box one was useless without box 2”

“Unfortunately the item arrived smashed in the box and DPD had not even reported it as damaged or undelivered one week later.”

Thank you so much for your feedback. We try our hardest to make sure you receive your goods in perfect condition but of course, sometimes items do get damaged in transit - when this happens we try and put them right as quickly as we can. “The delivery and the return of the lampshade by DPD were excellent. It is a shame the product was not satisfactorily designed with regard to the way the shade fixing to the bulb holder. A far more robust design is required for a shade of 40cm dia.”
