“Contacted customer services as I needed to know if the light was dimmable or not before I purchased it. Prompt reply in a friendly and helpful way. Quick delivery once from order placed and well packaged. Light as gorgeous as described in the reviews and photos. Really love my new light pendant”

“Very happy with my table lamp. A bit of to-ing and fro-ing as I tried to decide on the correct size of shade but customer service was very helpful and all returns have now been processed. The lamp itself is unique and stylish and I would buy from Pooky again.”

“Order was despatched promptly and tracking was clear and precise, unfortunately the order had to be returned as colour was different to that on the internet. I have not yet had costs reimbersed but going on previous experience I am not expecting any problems.”

“I absolutely love Pooky lamps. I have 4 of the rechargeable lamps which everyone has admired and have gone onto purchase them as well. I hit a new lamp kadt week and it’s fabulous. Great colour and size. Superb efficient and speedy service.”

“Everything I have ordered has been first class-products, design, service. My last purchase was a mirror, which had unfortunately got damaged in transit. Within four working days, the damaged mirror had been collected and a new one delivered. I am never disappointed when I buy here.”
