“Very poor quality product. No means of connecting the product flush to a wall as it is designed to do without removing a substantial chunk of brickwork or cladding to create room for your own junction box or at the very least a large void to join the cables and hide them. Incredibly poor/cheap design. For over £100 for one light it feels like you are being fleeced. The only plus side is Pooky have agreed to collect the product free of charge and refund me. I think pooky rely on homeowners to buy their product's and then hope the homeowners can put enough pressure on the electricians to be creative in how they get around the products poor design to install them. As an electrician I won’t be buying any of their products in the future.”

“Our house is full of Pooky lights - from the beautiful rechargable table lamps (we now have three!), to the brass and glass rod beathrooms lights we have just received, and many more between. The service is always amazing - the lights come within days of ordering and are always high quality and lovely to look at. This is our go-to brand now and we are very happy customers! “I have placed quite a few orders with Pooky since starting our renovation and I have never been disappointed. The Florence light switches and sockets replaced the existing when we got the house rewired recently and I love them, even on undecorated walls they look good! The Stork wall lights are up and hanging over the bookcases along with the picture light. The lantern in the hall is lovely. Customer service are of another world - they are really helpful and solution focused. I do like this company😀”

We received all of your items from Yodel on the 14th and processed your refund this morning, 18th July. We do ask customers to allow up to 10 working days for all returns to be received and refunds processed. As we processed the refund today, this can take a few days to come through and I would expect some delays with the weekend. “The mirror was lovely but the colour completely different to what it looks like in pictures. Looked black rather than blue so I had to return. Returns process very easy and quick.”

“I love the beautiful rechargeable table lamps I have bought. The quality of the lamp base and the shade is excellent. The battery lasts for ages and the bulb throws a nice glow around the space. I had an issue with one of the lights. Charlotte was quick to respond to my emails and come up with a solution, which I am very happy with.”
