“Not only are the designs at Pooky beautiful, but the experience of purchasing from them is really good. They are efficient - in delivery and returns. I returned because the lamp didn't quite work in the space (my issue not theirs). It's a free, hassle-free returns system. I then bought two new lamps which I adore (Ellie lamp in green - highly recommend). But one was faulty - they shipped a new one out the same day. So happy with their speed and quality of service as well as their range and design edge in their products.”

“I am thrilled with three lamps I have bought from Pooky. Getting the lighting levels right in my home has helped to create the warm and welcoming ambience that I wanted, and each lamp is also an object of art and beauty in each room. it is hard to get the choice of lamp base and the size/style of shade that works with it exactly right but ordering multiple options and the easy returns process has made this easier to do than it might have been.”

“I'm over the moon. I bought the lamp as a gift for my partner in his new home. He arrived home to the lamp switched on , on a cold night after a 5 hour journey. He said it was the best warm welcome he could have wished for. And I wasn't even there. I can't wait to save up and buy one for myself. Just how to chose! Thankyou!!!!”

“We are delighted with our new lights from Pooky. It did cost £14 to have them delivered to Northern Ireland which was expensive but the arrived very quickly. The service we received was very good as we asked for advice on which light bulbs to choose and this was responded to really quickly. We haven't got our lights up yet as we are waiting on a date from our electrician but we think the will be lovely.”

“The quality of lighting from Pooky far surpasses any other light retailer have experienced. I am in the process of refurbishing a 1960s house and have installed a variety of types and styles of lighting - all purchased from Pooky. From pendant lights to wall lights to simple bulbs their products are incredibly well priced for the quality of the product. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else for lighting in future ...you get what you pay for! Customer service has also been exemplary. When I queried something it was responded to promptly, professionally and efficiently. My advice...install Pooky lighting wherever you can. Alison”

“We bought the small Lisboa pendant light and it’s absolutely stunning . We will be exchanging it for the larger one now as we’re moving it to a different place . Really happy and will probs be buying more .”
