“I ordered a curtain pole with a finial to match one I already had, which was actually discontinued. Pole Design managed to get it and then, when the manufacturer sent the pole with brackets that were too long (which would have stuck out like a sore thumb next to the original), Pole Design managed to get replacement brackets to me the day after I emailed them about it. Very, very impressed with this company.”

“Brilliant website and service. I originally tried to order from a well known store. The partner made a mess of it and after an hour ordered the wrong items. I went home and ordered directly quickly and easily. Delivery and packaging was excellent . Recommended.”
