“The reviews for this "company" on Trustpilot are very poor, wish I had checked first before I used them as my experience is also not great. They have sent me the wrong product, a much cheaper item,I cannot contact them as their telephone number goes to a prerecorded message which gets you nowhere, so far they haven't replied to emails either. I have now raised a case with Paypal to try and retrieve my money, be careful with this outfit.”

“Very good customer service. Ordered a central heating controller on a next day (saturday) delivery. A few minutes later received a phone call saying unfortunately the next day service was unavailable and offering me a full refund if I wished to purchase elsewhere, or refund of the delivery. Controller turned up a few days later, well packaged and as as described. Very happy with my purchase and the service.”
