“First time I have used Plumbing Supplies Direct. Ordering process was easy and what I ordered came within a few days. The product is fine and does the job intended. The only reason I havn't given 5 stars is that following ordering there was no confirmation e mail and no parcel tracking information which most on line companies provide these days.I would however purchase from this company again”

“good selection of products, easily selected / purchased, despatch system, good updating, etc Delivery of this purchase failed to go-to-plan ... and updates were sadly diverted to my 'spam folder' ... once these two issues were noted and addressed PSD, (Nick), resolved everything promptly ...”
