“Having checked my records - I ordered the same product from you some months back Soudal Stayfresh neutral cure Silicone and you sent me Stayfresh Acetoxy for which you gave me a refund. Not realising it was the same company I have just ordered the same product "Neutral Cure" but I checked your site, which shows both products. I double-checked I was ordering the correct product and added a note to the order "Must be Neutral Cure" and you have again sent me the ACETOXY version. Don't bother with the refund, I blame myself.”

“If a deal looks too good to be true then it probably is - not with this company - they advertised the Superfire Blow torch significantly cheaper (should that be less less expensive) than any one else and delivered in a couple of days. No extra costs or delayed delivery - just a company who want your business - on the basis of that one transaction I will use them again -highly recommended.”
