“Product as advertised at good price. Service after purchase awful. No dispatch information given, no delivery company given or tracking information given. Parcel was missed as this information was not given. When I complained, customer service was poor and was told I should have waited in the house all day just in case the parcel arrived.”

“Item arrived within the delivery timescale advertised. Plumbing Supplies Direct stocked a product on a previous purchase that I could not obtain elsewhere. Always worth checking the website before considering going to either of the two national retailers.”
