“I ordered a magnetic filter for my combi boiler. I'm based in Northern Ireland, so I was surprised to receive my package the following day despite the fact that I'd not paid for speedy shipping. Good job on picking and sending my package so quickly.”

“Absolutely appalling, never buying from them again. Sent a faulty float valve for toilet so my plumber had to go and buy a new one from screwfix. These things can happen but my issue is I've sent 2 emails to the company to get a refund and waited for 3 days now and not even a reply or acknowledgement!”
