“I cannot comment on why there are so many negative reviews, but for me it was a stress free transaction. Not only did this supplier sell the product I wanted for £40 cheaper than anywhere else with free delivery, but the product was despatched the same day and delivered the next. A brand new product that works as it should. If I had to find a negative then, after purchase on 98% of sellers I use, an order confirmation is sent. I did not receive any emails from Plumbing Supplies Direct, however I could check my account to see the order was processing, and then was completed. A couple of hours after this I got a mail from Parcel Force to say they were expecting a package. So for me 5* but with an opportunity to improve customer service by providing a confirmation mail.”
