“Only used it a couple of times, so far it bends 22mm copper perfectly. I like how, when you have completed the bend, the bender separates into two parts and the copper pipe isn’t stuck under the guide. Hope that makes sense.”

“Item ordered payment taken then told it had been sent out for delivery. Didn’t arrive and didn’t answer email so then when I phoned I was told the item ordered was out of stock. Refund did happen quickly though so that’s one plus. Over all not a great service.”

“Rubber tap washers instead of fibre washers received, needed that day so had to go out and get them. for the price it wasn't worth phoning and complaining. Two stars for prompt delivery of the wrong item.”

“Just don’t order from them. I read a few reviews after I had placed my order with them but at first it was going well. Email received saying order had been received and then later an email from parcel force saying that had been advised of a delivery to me. The next day got an email saying the item wasn’t in stock so did I want to wait ( but they had no idea on when stock would arrive ) or refund. I asked for a refund but didn’t get an email back confirming this. I emailed the next day asking could they confirm and still nothing. I opened a help ticket nothing again. I have rang several times but they say they are closed but is well after the 8am they say that they are open. I have spoken to my credit card company and I have to wait 15days before they can dispute the payment.”

“Ordered the parts in December they didn’t arrive and had no response to my emails, requesting an update or replacement parts. I correspondence being ignored and out of pocket. I will not use this company again and recommend you steer clear.”
