“As yet I haven't received my order but I know it has been dispatched and delayed by postal strikes. I am hoping that I have ordered the right thing - I had my washing machine installed by a professional but a joint to extend the waste water hose failed and I can't get him to come back. I am really hoping that the item will sort out my problem. Being a 68 year old disabled woman sucks and the 'fault' is at the back of the unit under cupboards. As mentioned - you dispatched on time but the item seems to have been delayed in the post - not your fault. Fingers crossed”
