“Ordered before 2.30pm on Friday and paid for Saturday delivery. Email received Saturday morning to say order was finished. Arranged for someone to be in the house all day - no delivery. Nothing on Sunday. Phoned Monday morning and told there were issues with a couple of items in the pack! Communications need improving. Full refund given thankfully. Won't be using again though!”

“Although I ordered the incorrect size black flanged nut, my fault entirely, not being aware that 1.5 inches in the plumbing world is 1.25 inches in the real world, the service received was excellent.”
