“Delivery was excellent and on time I ordered a pump though and the seal inside the impellor was split so as soon as I put water in the system it leaked everywhere. Obviously a second hand part or damaged. Really disappointed it took me 2 hours to go and buy another replacement pump”
I am sorry, this pump was faulty, we sell around a hundred a month and have not had this issue before. They are all brand new, we never sell second hand parts.
I will email you a return postage label for this pump so we can refund you.
I am sorry that you missed the notes on the checkout screen about the cut off for same day is 1pm and dinner on Friday for Saturday, as your order was at 22.17 on Friday it missed the cut off window, We refunded the difference from Saturday to next day and this will show as a sperate refund, these can take a few days to show in your account.
“Great to find a company that stocks valves and seals for older toilets and cisterns not just the newer ones.
Not to mention at a very good price and delivery was very quick with just the standard delivery!
Well done you, keep up the good work!”
