Your order was dispatched promptly and sent using our advertised Evri 2-5 working day delivery service. Tracking shows that delivery was attempted within that timeframe, however the courier reported being unable to complete the delivery and scheduled a reattempt.
We appreciate how frustrating delivery delays can be, especially when you're waiting for a small item. While the delivery process is handled by the courier once the parcel leaves us, we continually monitor courier performance and pass customer feedback on where appropriate.
