Good Morning, I am sorry you are not happy with the Quality of the Ideal flush plate, Ideal have changed the plate quite a while ago and removed there logo from them, They so a Stainless steel version that is much stronger. Please feel free to return the one you don't like for a full refund.

I am sorry, that your order was mixed up with a different order, I see the replacement has now been delivered, I can not see the email you sent, the best way to connect us is on the website using the contact button as that come straight to me.

We're sorry that your order wasn't with you on the next day. Unfortunately DPD's definition of what is 'remote' can sometimes be blurred but we do have info to say that it can take 2 days for some locations. We have now made this information clear at checkout, we're sorry this was not there before.

Sorry, we do try our best to help when we can but we are a wholesaler and not do have technical knowledge of all products we sell. If Aqualisa informed you it was the right part, you were better off speaking to them to resolve your query.
HI Suresh, you were not forced to pay extra for the DPD next day service, there is a slower option with Royal Mail which is £2 cheaper. Unfortunately a disgruntled DPD driver meant that your order was not collected when it should have been and we emailed all customers as soon as we found this out.
We charge cost for our delivery so unfortunately just because DPD did not collect when they should, doesn't mean they offer to send it for free (if they would have we would have passed this on to our customers).

It's hardly our fault if DPD try to deliver and you are not in to receive it? I can see my last message to you was offering you a refund on your delivery (for which we received no reply), I am not sure what more what we could have done?

Not sure why you think our returns policy sucks, it's a pretty bog standard returns policy!
Obviously, we get the odd customer who seems to think we should pay for the return (which of course we do if the item is faulty or we send the incorrect part, etc), we are a small business and cannot afford to be paying for returns where customers have offered the wrong party themselves - sorry about that.
